Scorepad
Sheet music you write together, like a shared doc. Click or type to add notes, press play to hear it, and send a link so friends can edit with you live. Every change is saved, with a version history to go back to.
Start a score
Pick a starting point. You can change the key, time signature, tempo and instrument at any time.
Or drop a MuseScore, MusicXML or ABC file anywhere here.
Have a code?
Type the code someone gave you to open their score. No account needed.
Your scores
Scores you made, and scores people have shared with you. The bin moves a score to the trash.
Projects
A project is a folder of scores, like a concert's set list. Share one code and people get all of them, including scores added later.
Trash 0
Deleted scores stay here for 30 days, then they're deleted for good. Nobody else can open a score while it's in the trash.
Nothing in the trash. Use the bin next to a score to move it here.
Sign in to save and share
Without an account, a score is kept in this browser, and you can share it with a code (no account needed for anyone) or as a read-only link. Sign in with your email to keep scores in your account, invite people to edit, and work on the same score at the same time. No password: we email you a link.
Type A–G to add notes, 3–7 to pick note lengths, arrows to change pitch. Or tap the piano, or plug in a MIDI keyboard.
Every note sounds as you add it, and the whole piece plays back with a moving cursor, in 20-odd instruments.
Invite people as editors or viewers, turn on "anyone with the link", or hand out a short code that works without an account. You see each other's cursors and edits live.
Open MuseScore (.mscz) and MusicXML files, lyrics and all. Scores are stored as ABC text, so you can also edit by typing, and download MIDI, audio, ABC or a PDF.
Scores
Edit as text (ABC notation)
The score is stored as ABC notation. Typing here updates the music (and the other way round), which is handy for lyrics (w: lines), repeats, triplets and more voices.
